IE 6.0 SP1 Full Download URL

Does anyone know if Microsoft offers a full download of IE
6.0 w/SP1. Not the little 400K setup.exe, I'm talking the
full 80MB job. I'm trying to update a computer that won't
have a connection to the Internet (that the 400K install
requires this). I'm just looking for a URL and it must be
separate from what is offered on the main download page.
