IE 6.0 Problem

IE has gotten the following message: Internet Explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close...I tried
the knowledge base and the error signature was not an
exact match. Here is mine - App Ver:6.0.2800.1106,
ModName:msxh.dll, ModVer:0.0.0.0., Offset:000143ce. Any
work-arounds or suggestions?

I have the same problem and it has been 3 days and all I always get is: Internet Explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close. I hope someone can help me and the other guy. V_V

are you actually able to open explorer in the first place
or not? - if not, it could be spyware preventing it from
running. In this case, control panel/internet
options/advanced tab/remove the tick from "enable 3rd
party browser extensions [requires restart]

If this allows explorer to open, download adaware/spybot
etc from the internet, scan and remove spyware (make sure
you get an update first)then re-enable the 3rd party
browser setting and see if you can still use explorer
normally.
