IE 6.0 Not accepting cookie

I have changed my security setting to accept all cookies
and it still does not work. Any ideas? We have just
created a web site that is requiring people to register.
Once they login a cookie is placed on thier PC and is
valid for 2 hours of browsing. For some reason the
cookie won't download on some machines. So far a know of
a Win 98 machine and mine that is XP Pro with IE 6.028

Any help would be appreciated.

REply: If you had IE5.5 before and then updated to IE6 you
probably have to go to microsoft website and install the
cookies for service pack I as well.(it usually doesn't
comes with SP1).
