Internet Explorer will not accept cookies

I have went to Internet options and then to the security
tab. There is "no" enable cookies option. I can browse
some websites but some tell me that in order to browse or
login I must accept cookies.

Any suggestions?

Go to internet options...privacy tab. That is where the settings for
cookies are.

Aside from the plethora of help and links from PA Bear, here is my previous
reply to your question:

Tried the IE Options> Privacy tab? Reset to default, and see if that does it
for you.
No privacy tab? then see here:

ALWAYS *export* the Registry Key which you intend to modify, edit, or delete
so as to be able to restore the Registry if things should go awry.
