IE 6.0 NEED HELP WITH PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED

I am trying to visit hotmail and some other government
sites and get page cannot be displayed error. I am using
IE 6.0.26 and WIN XP home edition with a dell computer.
What can I do to get them to work. I know it has
something to do with my security settings.

Sounds like you are having problems with secure sites. Check the clock for
proper time and date. If date gets set to a future time, it will mess us
secure sites.
