IE 6.0 Browser when closing

I have written about this problem before. Everytime I
close my browser I get this error message:
"The instruction at 0x63634430 referenced memory at
0x00000061. The memory could not be written"
(The number is not always exactly the same)
It was suggested that I download and install a certain
update which I already had installed. So I uninstalled it
and reinstalled it with my anti virus software shut off.
I still have the problem. I do not have Yahoo Companion.
I saw that was suggested as a reason for this problem to
another person that wrote about the same problem. Help
please.
