IDSCoLU.exe after windows update

After I did an automatic windows update today, Norton
Internet Security firewall asked permission for this file
IDSCoLU.exe to access the internet. It is a prefetch file
in C:\windows\Prefetch but I cannot google much
information about it. I'd like to know where it came from
and what it is.

The file belongs to Norton's Live Update.
The actual file is not in the Prefetch folder. The items in these folders
are only references to files that run often on your computer.
