Identifying cell addresses in Word tables

Is there a way to accurately identify cell addresses in
Word tables?
 
Yes. Get the TableCellHelper macro from
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/SumAboveIncorrect.htm. When you run it
in a table it returns the address of the current cell and the total number
of rows and columns in the table.
