Identify system32 drivers that load on startup

Bootlog shows the following C:\System32\drivers as "did not load
drivers". What are these drivers and do I need them? They are:
afd.sys, rdbss.sys, mrxsmb.sys and PCIDump.sys.

I am new to PCBanter so forgive me if this answer lies somewhere here
already....I did a search but could not find it.

Those are generally critical drivers. If you are having trouble with
them, you could post the exact message as they appear in the bootlog.
 
Thank you for responding, Raymond. Here is the relevant section of the
bootlog. I notice most "did not load" drivers show they DID load but
are (I assume) trying to load again.

Details of my systems: network of 350 PCs running win 2000 and XP
servers with XP Pro on the workstations. I build images for all the
PCs, this image is from an IBM 8113-17U and I do not want to propagate
any driver issues among all the PCs with this image.
