IDE RAID 1

Hello,

I would like to add a PCI card and an extra IDE drive to my Win2k PC in
order to set a RAID 1 system.
Anyone could recommend a good card/brand?

depends on your wallet
How many ports you need, 2,4,8 etc
What functions you want, eg hotswap,auto rebuild etc etc

For personal use? Get the most economical one.
I got the SiI 0680 (Silicon Image) and it works fine
as raid 0+1 card. The customer support sucks though,
so this is what you pay for the $$$ cards.
