When I try to enable Ics on my pc it says there is a
conflict with the IP addresses on my network. It explais
that the IP adress I need is being used by another
aplication, I am aware that WIn xp uses the Ip
198.168.0.1 as its default, but I can't find where the
address is being used. How do I locate this address, and
transversly how do I change it?
 
Are you using a router as well? The router may be
assigned that address.
