Hi,
A friend of mine has two PC one of which is connected to DSL. DSL modem s
connected to the PC via USB (instead of ethernet). He would like to share
internet connection between the PCs. Since the modem does not have ethernet
port, his option is either to have to buy a new modem with ether port and
get a DSL router, or use internet connection sharing. Hacing said that, it
would not be easy for himt o get a new modem being where he is. Here is my
question:
If they use two wireless NICs, one in each PC and connect using Ad-hoc
connection between the two systems, can they share internet connection using
this connection?
Thank you.
