The Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service failed to
start due to the following error:
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Assumeing that you have XP SP2 installed:

Download sharedaccess.reg from the following URL, and save to Desktop. Then double-click the file to merge the contents to the registry.
