I'm using Kerio Personal Firewall on an ICS config. Do I
need the firewall loaded on both computers or just the one
connect to the web?
The firewall on the ICS host computer protects the client computer
from access by hackers on the Internet. The client computer doesn't
need its own firewall program for that.
If the client computer runs Windows XP, enable the Windows Firewall on
the client. It will allow file and printer sharing while protecting
the client if the host computer is infected with a network worm.
If you want outgoing firewall protection on the client, it needs its
own firewall program with that capability.
