Hello I have outlook 2003 sp3, I got a message in the body there is
what it seems a meeting invitation the headers in the message are

Content-class: urn:content-classes:calendarmessage
Content-Type: text/calendar; method=REQUEST; name="meeting.ics"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Does anyone know why i am unable to decode this ics file? Could it be
because i am not using exchange? thanks.

Those lines look OK to me. What happens when you try to add this ICS to the
calendar?

Those lines look good to me too. But what is happening is that i see
the attachment in the body of the message as text. May I need to
register a dll with outlook?

What version of Windows?

Create a text file and copy/paste the ICS data into it. Save it and change
the file type to ".ics". Double-click it and it should add to the calendar.
