Hello all,

Please assist in this customer query.
Customer is facing problem with the .ics file in MS Outlook 2003. For e.g.
Customer creates 2 different .ics file through the Outlook & save both of
them on his PC locally. Both the .ics file are having different timings. For
e.g. first .ics is having the meeting time of 15th Jan 2009 9 AM to 11 AM IST
& second .ics is having the meeting time of 19th Jan 2009 10 AM to 4 PM IST.

In both the file the customer invites himself. Customer has saved these two
file locally, then created a new email & attach both .ics files to it & send
it to himself. Customer after receiving the email in which 2 .ics files are
attached as desired. But when customer opens each of the .ics file to accept
the invitation, it saves the calendar entry only for the first .ics file and
does not save the calendar timings for the second ics file. When customer
checks in the calendar only the first entry (timings) shows up.

Customer wants to know if there is any such limitation with the Outlook 2003
that it can only process a single .ics attachment?

Customer has Office Standard Edition 2003 with Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Thanks ahead,

(See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/securetemp.htm for secure temp folder location.
