ICS - Client Computer keeps forcing Host Computer to dial out.

The client computer keeps forcing the host computer to dial out - especially
at powerup and when coming out of sleep mode---I have tried everything to
stop this behavior---any ideas would be appreciated!!

Norman,

Under Properties for the dial-up connection, on the Advanced tab, un check
"Allow other network users to control or disable the network connection".

Or, under Properties for the network card that connects the two computers, on
the Power Management tab, un check the "Allow this device to bring the computer
out of standby".
