Host Computer can't see Client Computer

I have two computers networked together. The host computer cannot see the
client computer but the client can see the host...In my last communications,
I was asked to ping each computer and "net view" each computer.
When I ping each computer I get 4 packets back. So that is successful..I
guess that tells me that the computers can communicate with each other. My
ICS works good so I guess they are communicating... When I "net view" each
computer I am successful when I net view from my client computer to my
host..it shows all of my shared files...but when I net view my host computer
from my client I get a message that reads:" System error 53 has occurred.
Network Path not found."
My question is, what can I do next to help solve the problem of my host not
seeing my client computer?

I would check the firewall first. Otherwise, check this troubleshooting,

System ErrorsVPN Case Study - Can ping VPN server but receive System error 53 using net use. Case Study - System Error 53 - The network path was not found. ...

Dean,

An error 53 ("... not found") is generally a problem with either a personal
firewall, or the NetBT setting.

If that doesn't help, look at logs from "browstat status", "ipconfig /all", "net
config server", and "net config workstation", from each computer, and diagnose
the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions
precisely (download browstat!):

Paranoia is not a problem, when it's a normal response from experience.
