ics and sharefile

i got 3 pc...i want to set up a homenetwork ( file sharing, printer, and
ics)..first of all...is there a router that include a hub in it?..I got cable
broadban..and Motorola cable modem and router in one that i bought..do i
still need a hub for network?...2nd, what's the difference betweeen ics and
homenetwork..is there a difference in term of setting up?...
