ICS and NetLaunch

I am using WIN98 SE's internet connection sharing to share
a dial-up Internet connection with a client WIN95 machine.
NetLaunch works fine on the host machine (WIN98), but
it does not detect the Internet connection on the client
machine (WIN95) to automatically launch my programs. I am
looking for a similiar application to NetLaunch to work
on my client machine. I found a few, but these programs
where over 1MB. I was looking for something small and
simple like NetLaunch. Help is appreciated.

I'm not exactly sure about ics specifically, but I have a dsl
connection. The isp provided box (now mine after months of
installment payments) has 4 slots for computers to be plugged in.
On one computer I have Win98 and on laptop I have Win98SE. I just
plug them into the 'box' and volia! However, they are both on the
same workgroup. Maybe you could check and see if you've named
each computer a different name and the workgroup the same? Also,
one is listed as a server though that isn't exactly so. Did you
check the Win95 on to see if it could connect without being associated
with the other machine? I do that with each computer so as to isolate
any problems that may arise. After each can connect to the Internet on its
own, then I can connect them without problems.
