ICS and FS isn't working.

I currently have 2 computers hooked up to a wireless router using Cat5e
cables. One of the computers uses a USB modem to connect to the
internet.
For this problem I will call the computer with the internet connection
- Computer A and the client PC that needs internet access - Computer B.

Going to "My Network Places", both computers can see each other and
Computer A can browse computer B's shared contents. However, computer B
can see but cant access computer A shared content. When clicking upon
computer A's icon, it comes up with the error - "\\computer A is not
accessible. .... Access is Denied"

Computer B also sees the internet gateway that Computer A has created
when going into the "Network Connections" screen. I can see the
duration and everything but when i open any internet browser, they cant
contact any website and I cant ping any websites.

The IPs have been hard-coded in -
Computer A - 192.168.0.1
Computer B - 192.168.0.2 and gateway is 192.168.0.1

All i need to get working is the internet connection sharing, any ideas?

What is the preferred DNS server on Computer B? If 192.168.0.1 does not
work, try the IP of your ISP's DNS server.
