Cary,
Click start>control panel>>add/remove programs, highlight ICQ in the window,
then click the change/remove button.
If it (or any other program) does not appear there, check the program group
in the start menu - there may well be
an uninstall option listed.
You will have to be logged on as administrator to do so.
