can't receive files on ICQ...

Hi,

I use ICQ and since I converted to XP Home have found that I can't receive
files, although I can send them.. I assume it is some XP security setting..
don't know where to look.. can anyone help please.

Hi Mo,

Windows XP includes an native Firewall called "Internet Connection
Firewall". This is blocking file transfers using ICQ.

If you don't want to disable ICF completely, then manually open a port for
file transfer using ICQ:
