Icon's picture gone

All my windows icons picture have dissappered but they still function. My
third party icons are fine. How can I get them back?
 
When I click on start and my computer my "My Computer Icon is missing it just
has a piece of paper with a little picture with an X on it. Does anyone know
how I can get it back to the picture of the hard drive
