Icons in the task bar

The icons in the lower right are in low resolution while the ones on the left
are fine, why? How can I fix that?

Well, as just one opinion/possibility, you may not be able to. Some
programs come with two sets of icons, one "normal" resolution in 32x32,
one half that size. The half-size icons look fine in the task bar, the
full-size ones look like hell. Some programs don't have dual-size icons.

As I said, that's just one possibility, but if some of the task bar
icons look fine, and others have bad resolution, that's the first thing
I'd think of.
