Icons in system tray are blurry/out of focus

On this computer, the regular desktop and start menu icons are fine, but the
system tray icons and the little icons in the top left corner of windows are
blurry or out of focus... almost as if the were in a different resolution.
I'm wondering how do I get them back to regular? Also, this might help, the
time was displaying itself on two lines in the sys tray - the top one
displayed the time, but below it was the day of the week. It went away when I
changed the size of the acive menu bar around, but the quality of the icons
remained poor. What can i do?

I think we worked on this last week? If not:

Right click the Desktop/Properties/Appearance/Effects/Item: Caption
Buttons/ Set to 25. If already 25, set to 30 apply your way out then run
the process again and revert back to 25.

Hey Kelly...

Sorry, but that was my first post ever... and your solution wasn't needed.

Actually all it was was that I wrote my post for a friend. It turns out
that he had just run Roller Coaster Tycoon in a different screen resolution,
and he didn't tell me. So, I was kind of right when I said it looked like the
sys tray icons were in a different resolution, because they probably were.
I'd like to know why that happens though?
