Icons in My Favoirte Places

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why when I save a web page only the "e'"
icon from the generic MS Internet Explorer is saved, not
the company's logo or company icon?

I already e-mailed you, it doesn't matter about the icon,
maybe the site doesn't have one.
