Icons in "Help and support" does not apears any more!!!

Some problem with "Help and support" is making impossible see these icons.
It began when I installed Microsoft Office XP in my computer. What can I
do????
I have updated my OS many times, almost every day, but it doesn't change.

Please, forgive my English I'm not English native.
 
This happens if the "Content Type" setting for .PNG file types is broken. Download a REG file from Daniel Martin's site here:

http://winvista.mvps.org/Ficheros/PNG.reg

Download and save it to Desktop. Right-click on the file and choose Merge.

If that does not help, see here for a another fix.
