Hi

Nope, if you are using "Fast user switching", "Terminal server" or I
believe also remote help this icon changes to blue sometimes.

This is a bug in the beta product. The icon turns blue
when a Terminal Services based feature--Fast User
Switching, Remote Desktop, Remote Assistance--has been
used.
