Icon size in Object boxes

I have a number of object boxes displaying the ICON for each embedded OLE
object. (Word , Powerpoint, PDF etc) in a form. The ICONS are different sizes
( I used CLIP mode in all boxes ) even for the same application i.e Word
objects have different sized ICONS. I have tried resizing boxes, Clip,
Stretch, etc options . How does Access control the ICON size so I can make
them all look the same size ??

Have you tried asking in a newsgroup that deals with Access?
In FrontPage I would use an image editor to convert the icons to
..gifs, then resize them to the required dimensions.
