Is there a way to get icon to stay where you want them on the Vista
desktop? I had a nice little utility called "Icon Layout" for Windows
XP and it worked like a charm. I gave it a try with Vista but no luck
there.

No, that works for a time until you install a new driver or something
else changes the resolution, like a game and then you get back a
messed up desktop.
