icon issue

The date and time was Wednesday, January 28, 2009 12:28:14 PM, and on a
whim, Bob pounded out on the keyboard:
On my start menu when I open a porgram folder and I dont get the normal icon.

This happens with a few other programs as well as MS office.

Hi Bob,

By your circled area, I don't see what's wrong. Are you saying those
aren't the "normal" icons? You have subfolder icons also.

Yeah there should a different icon for each program, like one for word,
excel, p.p. ect. really bugs me.

If you could reply to my post it would be helpful in knowing who you're
speaking to.

I'm confused here. I see different icons where your circle is, which
appears to be correct. Can you clarify this further?

In your jpeg, you have the HP folder open. It shows you what is in it with
the correct icons. If you want to see the programs for MS Office, click the
folder icon *labled* Microsoft Office.
