Icon in My Network Places Can't Be Put Back

I simply dragged an icon out of 'My Network Places' to my desktop and
this removed the icon completely from 'My Network Places.'

How do I get it back in there? I tried to drag it back into 'My Network
Places,' but it does not work. You cannot drag it back in.

Make a new Network Place to the location.
