Icon Field symbols

When I reply or forward a message, the Icon field would change to indicate
that in Outlook 2003. Is there a way to make this happen in Outlook 2007?

I ran Office Diagnostics. It said that it correct 1 problem, but not the one
to which I am referencing. Is there something in Options, etc., that turns
this off/on?

what type of email account do you have?

The account is an MSN accout, (e-mail address removed). The account type is
HTTP. I can't change that on the Account Settings dialog box.

icons don't work reliably on http accounts. Is there a reason you are using
http instead of the outlook connector?

I am using http cuz my upgrade from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003, then the
upgrade to Outlook 2007 forced that setting. I am unable to change it in the
Account Setting dialog box in Outlook 2007; it is greyed. IS there any other
way to make it work; ie, adding a new account with the proper settings using
my msn.com account?

you need to download the outlook connector and set up the account, then
remove the http account. As of June 30 you will need to use the connector as
http will be disabled for all accounts.
