I think I made a boo-boo. You can edit ico files with paint, but at
least on my machine, you can't save them as .ico. Sorry, my bad.

Btw, you can use paint, but you'd have to convert the bmp file to ico
using something like this:

Freeware version. - 'Pro' version costs $10

The freeware version is more than adequate for my needs and is a good
easy editor too [can also edit cursors].

Great idea as I already have Irfanview. Resize to ico size and save.
