icon dont show up when i log on windows xp sp2

Hi since a couple of week we have a lot of our pc in our company that when
the users log in windows xp sp2, their icons dont show up. You have to
press ctrl-alt-del and run a new task of "explorer" then the icons is
appear. Anyone know if there is a fix for that problem

Hi Jac,

Generally speaking, ending explorer.exe via Task Manager then New Task/Run:
explorer.exe resets the desktop.
