folder and in the address bar you type c:\ and hit enter?

Look for C:\autorun.ini

If you find it rename, it, delete it.
Or edit it to the icon you want...

It would seem that that particular disk is still present. Hence, you need
to create a new shortcut. Take care, it is easy to create a non working
shortcut to such things as disk drives.
