Does anyone have a good resource for interesting ICO files for websites?
I've got ten or so clients chomping at the bit for them after an
article appeared in a local paper.

they were promoting favicons as instant promotion...

Thanks I've got the creation down, just trying to save time..Appreciate
the idea of favicon library, hadn't used that yet.

that icon represents the logo of the company or website... it is not to be
neglected
and sustituted by a "ready made" icon from some library

Start by making 16x16 bmp files and saving them as favicon.ico in the
root folder of the website.
