Even when I do a full WinLogon image, ICFUtil just executes with no feedback. No errors or anything - it just emits a newline then returns to the command prompt, regardless of what option/switch/command I pass to it. No event log is updated, although that is probably because I have a trimmed down image that does not include the necessary components for logging.
Note: After listening to you speak at the embedded DevCon (BTW: very good and informative) and learning about the new Windows Firewall, we are considering other options.
