Terminal Server Credentials and MinLogon

Hello,

have updated Terminal Server Client to version 6.0 on my image (Minlogon and
own shell), works fine, except one thing: can't save password, no matter if
"Remember my password" is choosen or not. Same thing an another image with
Minlogon and Task Manager. I know, credential management has changed since
new version, passwords aren't stored in the RDP files anymore but somewhere
in the registry. But whats missing?

I tried the Terminal Server Client on another image (Windows Logon and
Explorer Shell) and all worked fine. Took that image, replaced Windows Logon
with Minlogon and Explorer Shell with my own shell and the same problem
occured again. Seems the credential management needs the Explorer Shell to
work properly?!

Any idea someone?

Thanks in advance!
Christian

Here the cause of the problem:

The passwords are stored in Cardspace since version 6. And the Windows
Cardspace doesn't work with Minlogon.

Microsoft: "Minlogon does not support domain, it is "mono user". So if the
thin client requires network security, it will indeed not work."

Nevertheless, has anyone any idea for a workaround? I am able to replace
Minlogon with Windows Logon, but the image grows in size.

Anyone that posts his working solution gets 100 points!
