ICF problem

When I try to enable the ICF, the Windows XP Internet
Connection Firewall, I get the following error:

Error 1068 The dependency service or group failed to
start.

First run the eventviewer (type eventvwr at the run box) under system check
for failed services and the reason they failed. You can also check the
dependencies of the ICF: from the run box input "services.msc" the scroll
down until you find the "Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet
Connection Sharing (ICS)" and double click on it. Select the dependencies
tab and the check each dependency if it is not started try starting it
manually by right clicking on the service and selecting start.
