I bought my IBM T23 ThinkPad several years ago with XP Pro pre-installed and
did not receive
a Windows CD. I understand that some manufacturers furnish OEM CDs with
laptops
and that others will furnish them on request. What is IBM's policy? If I can
get the CD from them, how do I go about it? (I posted this to the ThinkPad
NG but no one had an answer).
