IBM/Hitachi Drive tool to turn on Quiet mode needed.

I know i read about this somehwere. The Drive is in a HTPC. Soiam not
going for speed just peace and quiet. Not that i think its loud. Just
the seeks are alittle.

The drive is a Hitachi drive. 160 gig SATA.
