IBIS spyware toolbar

I have a Bata1 AntiSpyware.
It can'remove IBIS Spyware Toolbar.
Every time when i am doing scan it said that IBIS has been
removed.
I am doing scan again (without connecting to Internet)
and IBIS toolbar apear again and again.
Please, help me to solve this problem.

Can you tell us where its being detected ? After the scan
results are displayed click under IBIS to view the
location of the files , If its System Volume Information
then its just in the system restore and is easily fixed
if its somewhere else can you let us know the scan
results,

Another way to do this is go to "Tools" on the top bar
and then to "Spyware Scan" , Next "View Spyware Scan
History" Click the latest scan results then press "View
Full Details Of Scan" and copy & paste that back
