Error 101--Safe Mode

Windows XP--Service Pack 1---I am trying to get rid of
IBIS Toolbar--"Hunt Bar"----I start up in Safe mode and
log in as Administrator--I try to run Microsoft
AntiSpyware and first get the message--unexpected error,
quitting---and then the message---Error 101-----Can anyone
solve this problem ? Thank you.........

Does MSAS work in normal mode ?

Also clear out all junk files within temporarily folders.

I did download this and ran it, but when I rerun the scan

after "fixing" the registry items, they are still
there ! Am I doing something wrong ? Thanks...

Try again AFTER spyware removal. I think your problem
with this spyware in some way blocks SP2 install.
