IBIS Toolbar and wintools (worm)

I have IBIS Toolbar (adware) and Wintools (worm); they
can't be removed with microsoft spyware. Any suggestion

- First send a suspected spyware report to MS abou this, menu tools
within MSAS.

- Download/Install/Run CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com, removes all
temporarily junk

- Download/Install/Run Lavasofts Adaware, also removes tracking
cookies.
