I9990305 error when trying to install win 98. on new hard drive. i
currently has no OS and I don't have a floppy. what can I do
 
You'll need to install a floppy drive in order to use a
Windows 98 startup disk.

Hi,

I9990305 means there is no bootable device. Except for a small set of OEM
CD's, Win98 disks aren't bootable but rather require that you use a boot
floppy with CD support to get started. If you don't have one, get one
www.bootdisk.com. Floppy drives are cheap, less than $20 most places.
