I wish to acquire Microsoft Equation 3.0.

Dear Newsgroup:
I want to write mathematical equations on my Microsoft
Word 2002. Over HELP I was told that I need Microsoft
Equation 3.0., and if it is not available in #INSERT>
#OBJECT>#CREATE NEW> then I need to install it. I had a
look at my CD's and it does not seem to be in them.
How can I acquire Microsoft Equation 3.0. (or the latest
version of it) and to whom do I have to talk to get it?
My operating system is Microsoft XP Home.
