Seems only fair, after all, Arvin. Elsewhere Pavel / Paul wrote that he
would "lease out the bank account for cleaning dirty money" (money
laundering?), so a bit of spam and fraud in return doesn't seem out of line.
My guess is that his hope was to clean the dirty money out of someone else's
account into his own.
