Im shortly opening a shoe shop in my local area and want to know the best way
of approching wholesalers, i.e Letters i could send to them.

Well, you might want to ask this question in a new-business forum of
some sort; asking in a technical support newsgroup for the database
program Microsoft Access(TM) is a bit like me coming into your shoe
shop and asking to buy onions and strawberries!
